WPL Publishing Co., Inc. was founded in 2003 with the launch of Construction Claims Advisor newsletter and website. It has since developed other publications on scheduling and project controls, including the Construction Pro Week which was sold to Industry Dive, publisher of Construction Dive, in 2017. Paul Levin

WPL's founding publisher - Paul Levin - is a retired construction schedule and claims specialist and is an AACEI Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) Emeritus. Mr. Levin has participated in dozens of construction projects ranging from nuclear and hydroelectric power plants, rapid transit systems, bridges, convention centers, aquariums, waste recovery and storage, shopping centers and office buildings.


Paul Levin has been publishing construction claims books and newsletters since 1979 and is the editor of ASCE's Construction Contract Claims, Changes and Dispute Resolution, one of ASCE's best selling books. Mr. Levin is the recipient of the 2004 T. Randolph Russell Award for Newsletters Excellence from the Construction Writers Association. Previous publications include Construction Claims MonthlyConstruction Computer Applications Newsletter (CCAN) and Construction Project Controls. Mr. Levin has also penned articles for Excavating Contractor, AGC's Constructor, ABC's Contractor and ENR, and helped AGC develop it's first computer applications directory. Mr. Levin has served as an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and has been a guest speaker at AACE, AEC Systems and other association meetings over the years.

Kristijan Vilibić

Following recent changes in leadership, Kristijan Vilibić has been appointed as the Editor-in-Chief of AI Construction News. Mr. Vilibić is a PhD researcher at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Zagreb, Croatia, and founder of Mastery of Digital, a platform dedicated to empowering AEC professionals with digital construction innovation, research, and education (masteryofdigital.com).


He also serves as Vice Chair of the AACE Croatia Section, actively promoting best practices in project controls, cost engineering, and risk management. With over 40,000 LinkedIn followers and a bi-weekly newsletter reaching more than 15,000 subscribers (Building the Future: AEC Tech), Mr. Vilibić brings a strong voice in advancing digital transformation in construction. Under his leadership, WPL Publishing will continue its long-standing mission of delivering authoritative knowledge on the construction industry, while integrating new insights on AI and emerging digital technologies to meet the evolving needs of today’s professionals.

Over a career spanning more than 40 years, Mr. Doherty has contributed to industry-shaping ventures including Revit, Buzzsaw, and TRIRIGA. He has served as an advisor to Fortune 500 companies, governments, and leading AEC firms worldwide, authored nine books including Smart Cities: Reimagining the Urban Experience and Unlocking the Metaverse, and continues to be a sought-after keynote speaker on the future of the built environment.


David Dunham

David Dunham is a Canadian Registered Safety Professional with a career dedicated to advancing safety in the construction industry. He is the President of Pragmatic Safety Services Ltd., specializing in practical, results-driven solutions to construction safety challenges.


Mr. Dunham has written extensively on the intersection of safety, technology, and construction practices, sharing insights that bridge field experience with innovative approaches. He currently serves as Safety Manager on a major hydroelectric construction project in Northern British Columbia, Canada, continuing his hands-on commitment to improving safety standards on complex worksites.
